Kept us updated on the status of the repairs and provided a brand new X3 for a loaner. We drive right past Sewell BMW to have our BMWs serviced at BMW of Dallas, and will continue to do so.

I took my vehicle in for a recall notice. The scheduler was very caring and efficient. The master technician that worked on my vehicle was TJ. He provided me with a very thorough and explanatory video inspection before making the repairs. Worst dealership experience Ive ever had. Sales person didnt explain anything about the vehicle and when I told him I was still on the parking lot he explained he already left for the day. Finance was a bunch of vultures I regret purchasing a car here.

Good experience overall. However, I received email from DigiFI, should I want to finance my repairs. I did not give consent to have a 3rd party contact me for financing. Don't assume people need to finance repairs and ask before sending information to a 3rd party.
