Took my car in for a couple of issues, it took a while but they ran some codes to locate the troubled area and Service Advisor Jimmy Piehl came back to explain in detail what needed to be done. They fixed my main issue and cleared my trouble codes, overall, good service by technician and by Service Advisor Jimmy. I was very satisfied by service rendered.

Service personnel were courteous. Drivers side view mirror not replaced due to high cost which to me was rediculous. Over $800.00 to replace, Honda did not have the item in stock (they would have to order it) and I would have to pay in advance. I had priced this item on internet and it was right under 200 dollars, I had figured another hundred to replace which I would not have minded to pay 300 or 400, BUT over 800, no way.

Yes I was contacted by the dealership. I talked to Bridgette and she was very prompt on answering my questions about the 2018 F150. I actually bought the F150 and I've gotten great response on items that had to be taken care of because of the safety in the vehicle was important to them as it was with me.
Bridgette is very good in the job she does and I would refer my family and friends to deal with her as I will in the future.

Jimmy Piehl, Service Advisor was a pleasure to deal with, he is so good with customers. I had bought new tires for my car and needed an alignment and got it done. They did find my brake fluid was very dark and cabin filter needed changed so got all these things done, overall, very good service. Kudos to the Honda South team to include Jimmy Peihl.

I had the worst experience ever. I took my truck in for an oil change and almost waited 4 hours, they finally told me they didnt have the parts and couldnt get an oil filter to change the oil. The manager did not do his job. I would not recommend them to anyone. And I will never go back to Automation Honda again for service.

I took my car in early in morning and Honda Service Adviser Jimmy Piehl took care of it, my HRV was taken to a technician who did brake shoe work on all axles. He did a great job, did an inspection for my inspection sticker and my car was washed and returned back to me. Great work by all the Honda Team and as usual, Jimmy Piehl provides the BEST of service! You all have to experience Jimmy, he is very honest and caring.
