Martin Chevrolet held my vehicle for 3 days, and didn't even look at it. I was told the tech couldn't duplicate problem, which was the transmission. The same day, after picking my vehicle up, the truck wouldn't accelerate at a light. I had to be towed. I could have been in an accident all because someone was either too lazy or didn't care. I do not recommend anyone going to Martin Chevrolet.

I am 78 yrs old and needed air in my right front tire and wanted the rest checked and all the same. They were checking for a leak and there was none. They only aired up the right front and never checked the other tires. The other tires are all different psi's. not happy!

Horrible, didn't rotate tires, did not address front end and steering issues. Took forever for just only an oil change and hopefully they did that right. Other issues they did not have the authority of the know-how or the skills or the staff to make the repairs on a brand new vehicle. I will never go back there for anything again.

Service used to be very good under old leadership change management the service went down to nothing it cost me $3,000 bucks to replace my transfer case because they used to check all my fluids when they changed my oils but now they do not check anything and my transfer case went dry I no longer go to Martin Chevrolet I go to Clifton Chevrolet Babcock Jerry they have better mechanics better atmosphere and better service
