The quick oil change was too slow and took about 3 hours, had a coupon for the oil change still the service guy took another 1/2 hour to verify and still didn't honor the full coupon. the service paper said all fluids topped but they did not. As soon as I left the dealership the washer fluid sign came to refill and after 2 days of service had to fill up my coolant. so little shady work. would not go there again.

Everyone was so nice! No one likes to deal with vehicle issues but they were able to look into my issue that was causing my check engine light to go on and off periodically and get it fixed as needed under warranty with no type of pressure or sales tactics. Luckily the issue didn't affect my car performance but I am glad I booked an appointment to get this resolved to prevent other issues. I will start going here for any service needs

In general I had a good experience. I bought a set of new tires and specifically asked for the pressure be set at 35 psi (the recommended tire pressure), and when they checked they were at 37.5, and asked me if it was ok. ?? I asked them to put them at 35, like I asked. It may seem trivial, but it shows a lack of follow through.

Place is great service is slow , had to get an oil change and took almost 3 hrs !! Also becuase if that oil change engine light turned had to get my car repaired . Even tho it was under warranty they didnt even bother to check . Had to take it to another VW down the rd . Fixed quickly and very nice people
