I stop and test drove a car and i loved it.I did a purchase order and told them I would be by the same time tomorrow.The next day two hours before i was scheduled to pick it up the salesman sent me what he called a courtesy text to inform me the car was sold earlier that day.I would never do business with this dealership!

This review is completely unfair. We mentioned to the customer that we are getting a high interest volume on this particular vehicle and that we recommend to leave a deposit on the vehicle so we can hold it. He decided to take the risk and not leave us a deposit. As soon as the vehicle sold, we kindly informed the customer.

We do our best to work out the best deal that we can that would work for both parties but at the end of the day, we could not come up with a number that worked. We would like to also mention that customer never even came in to see the vehicle and offered us $6,000 below the listed price. We mention that the vehicle was already listed $5,000 below book value and the vehicle had no issues for us to offer that much of a discount.

My experience with NESCO was very pleasurable and would gladly do business again with them in the future. We first called over the phone and set up an appointment to see a vehicle in their inventory with this COVID situation going on. They did offer me to leave a deposit on the vehicle to be held but decided not to as I wanted to see the vehicle and come to an agreement on the price first. It luckily would worked for me as the vehicle was still available when we came to our appointment. Rami described the vehicle to the T and was very impressed with his attention to detail. Most salesmen will only talk about the ups of a vehicle but this gentleman pointed out all the little flaws so I could really understand the condition of the vehicle. I could tell Rami was being honest about his product and gave me the confident to make the long drive to his dealership. Once we got there, it was the easiest and fastest car sale I've ever had. These guys are straight shoots and that's the way it should be.
