I had the 6000 mile service done but the service was not good with the fluid levels noted that they were low and were corrected on the invoice but were still low when the car was returned. The tire rotation was also not done and numerous other concerns were found when we got in the car.

I picked the vehicle up on February 17th and the vehicle became undrivable again on February 19th. I directly messaged the manager and still haven't heard from them to date.

My flat tire was repaired quickly and at no charge (I have Starlink service). However, the next morning it was flat again. After having the spare tire put on, I took it to Jim Keras Subaru, where they repaired it again. While there I asked if they could also change to oil, which they did, all in a reasonable time, especially given that I had not booked the service earlier.

Excellent experience at Jim Keras Subaru on Covington Pike! Service department is outstanding and my advisor-Jared- kept checking on me, as my maintenance visit took some time and I chose to wait. He offered a loaner car but I was fine waiting in the comfortable waiting lounge. My car is definitely ready for the winter months and feel that all service prolongs the life of my Subie.

They disconnected the battery during the repairs and when they reconnected the battery they did NOT fix yje block on my dashboard. I can not change the time on my clock. I have tried multiple times. I do not live anywhere near the car dealership. It takes me over 2 hours to drive yo the dealership.
