They stayed in contact via email routinely. Also sent a video about the car we were interested in. It was a distance consideration and a planned visit had to be scheduled. During our search we found a car that better suited our needs. But Chuck Toyota did a great job, I would recommend. Lacey Johnson did all the communication and video!

I went in for an oil and filter change and everything went fine. Even the wait time was short! Afternote: I later find thatToyota overfilled with oil and I returned to report it. Service checked the dipstick for oil level and acknowledged it was overfilled but said it would be ok. I didn't agree with their decision and ordered a pump and pumped most of the excess oil out of my car to keep it from being damaged. Thanks, Toyota!?

No one has tried to set up an appointment. We took off work & showed up to have trim repaired as our sales representative said to learn the guy that doesnt do trim work on the day as previously said. There has definitely been zero service after sale! I would leave a zero star if I could! It was ONLY about getting a sale. No service has been provided!

They give you appointment they didnt start on my car until 4 and a half hours later. Updates were nonexistent. Car was not ready until the next day. Check engine light still on and told Io bring it back that its probably something else which will cost even more.

It's always a great visit. I visit often this time not good. I had my wipers replaced plus tire rotation. I asked for my military discount and was told they don't do military discount, well that hadn't happened in the past. I believe the young man might have been in his feeling when he said you putting a lot of miles on your car, I replied that's what you buy them for to drive. So I don't think that set well with him.
