Car reads malfunction and cannot drive. Takes week to guess whats wrong. Gives no rental or loaner. Pick up Tuesday. Drive less than day. Messes up again. Turn in again. 2 weeks later still waiting. No rental or loaner. How do I get around? Magic carpet I guess!! Next week will be a month. Whos really the customer here because Im confused!! Get it together nisssn. What if this was your mother or sister? Disappointing.

Service was good and staff excellent. Major complaint is that a mailer stated that service included a free car wash. I was told that the Service Department has no car washing services available. Seems pretty odd since the flyer stated so and I am sure the cars on the lot are washed frequently.

They splattered oil all in my engine compartment and now thats all I smell in my new car Took it back and sat there for an hour while they cleaned it Got it back Opened the hood and they did absolutely nothing

We were very disappointed in what we received. We paid to have our vehicle towed to Nissan. We knew that the engine was knocking horribly and that there was likely a thrown rod. We expected a much more thorough diagnosis check than for the "report" to tell us that we needed a new engine. We pretty much knew that without spending all of that money for an official diagnosis. Very underimpressed.

Sorry that you feel that way. We had to confirm that it was the only issue we needed to address. All vehicles that come in for a "repair" receive a diagnosis, unless of course it is a recall. Part of doing the diagnosis is also preparing an estimate.

Rich, took care of everything for me. Service was great, everyone was so knowledgeable and friendly. Even took less time to repair than first quoted, that was good since I had to wait on my car. (Only drawback, they are now charging 3% for using credit card, really hate that)

When I arrived to Nissan, the service person couldn't find my appointment I had made. I asked her how long would the brake service take and she told me 2 hours, well it only took them 50 minutes. My brakes was not making any noise when I brought it to Nissan, now my brakes are making more noise from the service I receive from Nissan!

I was disappointed as I asked that a tire that had been leaking air be checked to see what the problem was. The service folks could not find anything but put additional air in the tire. Only a few days later, the pressure was low again. I went to a Firestone store and they immediately found a small nail in the tire and patched it. SERVICE DEPT WAS GREAT HAVE BEEN USING FOR PAST 11 YEARS. HOWEVER COST OF RECOMMENDED SERVICE ITEMS HAVE GONE THROUGH THE ROOF. ALSO NOW CHARGE 3% FEE FOR USING CREDIT CARD WHICH NEGATES AND CARD REWARDS. STILL INTEND TO USE THIS DEALER BECAUSE THE SERVICE CAN BE TRUSTED. HOWEVER BE PREPARED TO SPEND MORE MONEY.

The service was okay. They didn't vacuum my car when they brought back to me so I had to ask for it to get done. Also, they didn't put the sticker on my window for my next oil change and I had to go back and ask for the sticker and the Service guy put it on for me. The Service assistant Dusti Conner was very nice to me and apologized for the services that weren't completed by the workers.
