Dealer is stuck in the past. Playing head games. I asked for the best price so I could buy the vehicle and arrive with a certified check. Was told I would have to make the 2 hour round trip to discuss in person. Its 2023. My internet works just fine. Why waste my valuable time with an answer that could be done via email.

Talked to a salesman about a truck and agreed I would be there the next morning to buy it and he said he looked forward to make the deal so I drove down the next morning 80 miles one way and when I got there they had already sold the truck didnt even have the common courtesy to call or txt me they had already sold it very bad experience with this auto dealer.

We have no service work done at this dealership and will NEVER purchase any services or vehicles at this dealership/ripoff business. The business is deceptive even in there rebuttal to a review say they AUTOMATICALLY add a warranty agreement to cars they sell even after being told no in the sales negotiation process. Buyer beware read every line item before you buy and look at negotiated price before you sign!!!!

never finished talkin to the dealership, got my info on my trade and heard back from them one time askin how much i wanted for my trade, I told them as much as i could get only as a jokin manner and haven't back from them to date, and it's not just this dealership, I've been calling and emailing several dealerships and not getting return calls so it almost makes me wanna by from an individual and not use the dealership websites

Dont fall into the trap at this typical used car lot. They specialize in false advertising. Their main focus is filling their pockets, not providing customers a great deal and experience. You can trust that the prices they advertise are not the prices they will charge you. Any reputable business would offer a return window but not these con-artists. They will rush you through the paperwork and ask you to sign blank forms to close the deal so youre locked in. Another hard lesson learned!

I live 200 miles from the dealership so I asked what they would give me for my trade(ball park) and if the price of the vehicle was negotiable.. I sent them photos of my car, VIN and odometer. They never got back to me with any specific info. I was not going to drive 200 miles without an idea of what they were considering. I bought at Lexus of Knoxville and was very pleased with my deal.
