Made service appointment online and adviser was ready with my paperwork when I arrived. The technician performed the maintenance requested and the job was completed in only 45 minutes. The technician also made a video of the work performed and sent to my phone. I waited in their comfortable lounge area and watched a Bonaza rerun from the 1960's on their big screen TV. All-in-all a very professional job with a minimum of inconvenience.

Generally I get easy-in-east-out service. A 45 minute wait ended up being 1.5 hours. The appointment was made for mid morning to avoid afternoon waits, but this was no different, and was only an oil change. Then was told I needed new wiper blades, air filter and front end alignment. Problem is I had these all done a week earlier. I was alerted to a "few minutes delay, but no explanation was given even when I asked why.
