Not a good one. The sales man quoted me a price of 63,000 after the deal was done the guy that done the paperwork upped the price to 67,000 . Did not break the cost down, until I kept calling him about it. Will not do any business with them again. Poor sales people. Make sure you get in writing when they quote you a price. A little crooked

Had to make three trips to get a little strip replaced that fell off and then even with an appointment I was told it would most likely be 2 1/2 hours before it would even be taken back to replace. Actual service performed was ok it was all the inconvenience trying to get warranty work done.

Had them remove and replace 1 of the 4 TPMS(tire pressure monitoring sensor) . I supplied the part which was much cheaper to buy online than through them, $35 for a set of 4 compared to $132 for just one from Ford. They did the r&r with no problems and reset it at a reasonable cost that was actually cheaper than the tire shop I usually use. The service managers were great, Thank you Ryan !!!

Even with certificate for free oil change, tire rotation, wash, and inspection, my service including brake fluid and air filter change took about 2.5 hours and cost over $300. Thought I was getting an "first thing in the morning" appointment and it was only a "get in line" time. There were only about 5 cars in front of me so the wait was long, especially considering that my car wasn't washed or even vacuumed.
