Service dept is unorganized ,they say they have no help,they make me an appt ,then they cancelled it ,remade the appt,showed up in the new appt date,to have then tell me they called and cancelled (they never called me). Told me I would be better off going to another dealer.Dont waste you time at this dealership

The service was completed but to way to long for what it was in for and the communication was very poor. They are very short staffed in their service dept. The people that are there are very friendly and working hard but because they are so short staffed and overwhelmed by the work load things eventually fall through the cracks. My vehicle was one of them. After 3 days of being there I called and they couldn't even locate my truck.
