My heat would not come on, they said it was a bad Air Mix Servo, quoted $950 to fix it. Said it was hard to reach. I took it to another mechanic elsewhere who bought the part for $25 and charged me $50 labor to replace it. the Servo was easily accessible from under the steering wheel without removing any other parts. I left this experience with a bad viewpoint of Capital Toyota.

Service not dealt with in a timely manner, problems not diagnosed (still don't have heated driver seat), recalls not remedied (interim remedy available but stated had no partsI suppose shop out of zip strips), kept vehicle several days with no updates, some issues stated at drop-off not even noted on work order, and SA at check-in passed the remainder of my vehicle off to another advisor.

Not good. Alot of mis communication with the Service Dept. Made an appointment to (wait) for my car for a piece to be replaced. They said I was a drop off, so my husband left work, came and got me and by the time we got home, the car was ready. The guy that checked me in told them to rush it after I ask for a ETA and had already left and was told it would be a while. Will go to another Toyota dealership in the future.

Made a deal on a car, gave credit card info for a deposit, then they called and said the car was sold to someone else. They called again 2 days later and offered the same car to me, but I had already bought elsewhere; likely wouldn't have bought from them anyway because of their behavior.
