Stokes Mazda has been my go to since 2011 and I haven't had a single complaint about any of the departments. The service is excellent, from the desk to the garage. Mazda in general has excellent vehicles for the price point and not to mention the quality, and theses back it all up with their service.

The administrative process of the sale was. Smooth, and they took care of dealing with the DMV about registration and license plates... However the sales agent did not explain whats new in the 2024 CX 30. For example, I was surprised later on to find out that my car (a 2024) did not have a 12v (cigarette lighter) outlet.

The service itself went fine. Although last time I was in they said my cabin filter would need to be changed next time, but this time they didn't say anything. The dealership is under construction and there was a very small waiting area inside a trailer or sit outside. I had to sit outside. Luckily it was a cooler morning.

At the time I felt the maintenance experience was good as expected. The office staff was professional and friendly as I waited for my vehicle to be serviced. Oil was changed and a gasket installed. This morning I went into my garage only to find a puddle of oil under it.

To tell you the truth, I'm not certain exactly what they did. I know they didn't rotate tires or change filters as they said it wasn't needed but I'm not certain if they changed oil as that was never mentioned or listed on receipt! First time this has happened.
