I rate it a zero they plugged my tire then when I left the warning came up tire low called they said keep driving it will go off and it didn't went back I asked if that was the tire that was plugged and they didn't know say what!!! Sat there for another hr it was a horrible experience

Came in without appt for low tire warning. Turns out I had a screw in the tire in non repairable spot, so had to replace 2 tires. Since I was close to needing an oil change, they squeezed that in too. I was there a few hours and they gave out coupons for free lunch at their cafe. Very nice option.

Brought vehicle in for recall work. Could get appointment for no less than two weeks out, was told car would have to be left overnight. Dealership would not provide loaner. Complained to customer service manager and was told that shouldn't have happened, but no resolution other than a promise to talk to the service rep.

Nice people, comfortable waiting room. Received a ticket for a free sandwich (it was great!) at their in-house cafe. They have WiFi and some desks to work at if you like. The vending machines (beverages and snacks) had a good variety. The service manager was friendly and explained everything to me.

Tasca has flexible scheduling and offered me transportation to work at no cost (w/in a reasonable distance), kept in touch w/ me throughout the day with updates, and has great hours making picking up my vehicle very easy. In the event I had to wait for it, they have a state of the art café & waiting room where I could have worked remotely all day! I highly recommend Tasca Automotive in Cranston, RI.

I had asked for 4 new tires to be put on along with an oil change and state inspection. When I went back to pick up my car, they forgot to do the inspection. I had to wait while they did the inspection and they didnt charge for it which was nice due to the inconvenience. Overall good service!

Had to wait 1-1/2 months to schedule the service. Dropped the vehicle off on a Thursday and received it the following Tuesday. The tech performed a procedure that literally takes 10 minutes. Not sure why they kept a car on site for 5+ days to perform a 10 minute procedure. Was disappointed and left messages and wrote emails and never received a response. Will never go there again.

Didnt fix my issue w squealing, brakes have brought and dropped off three times waited for parts for months on end, no resolve, no apologies, almost a year waisted. Not sure if its a defect in the car itself, my 2022 Bronco Sport, or the dealerships. Mechanics appear incompetent in any event.
