Very unpleasant. I made an appoint to fix the car key two weeks in advance. When I went there the service guy said we do not do these kind of things in the weekend. So I said why did you give an appoint today then. He just said I dont know. The issue never got fixed. This is not the first time they do such things. I am hoping to sell this car so I never go there again.
