The heat shield that protects my oil pan was jarred loose when I hit a tractor-trailer retread. Robert told me to come in and be there at 7 AM and they would work me in. I was there at 7 AM. I walked out at 7:35 with a secure heat shield attached to the car securely and they needed three screws and no charge. I couldnt say enough nice things about him especially since Im not a regular.

Kinda disappointed when the fix is to apply a plug kit, for the fix, Now my front axel will spin all the time, which will greatly affect my mpg , which will be greatly different than what is on the window sticker
