Oil change new tires and alignment plus hvac clean
Yesterday husband checked under engine top cover. Large nest inside and some of foam insulation gone from the rodent that built the nest.
Guess that part wasn't checked or part of the service. Maybe it should be addressed.

I believe the customer service at Performance Toyota has taken a downturn. I recall previous visits for service when the service agents were friendly, and informative and requested questions or concerns. On the last visit at the conclusion of service, there was no update or extension of thank you for choosing Performance Toyota. Customer service is not like it used to be.

I called a few days before I got service so I would know what my costs would be. Service advisor told me one thing, at the dealership the costs were twice what she told me and her info was wrong. They forgot to reset my car alert from the oil change. I paid cash and they charged me $12.84 for a shop charge and $14.65 for a misc charge without explaining what they were. Over a 2-hour wait for my car.

Customer service was good. I had my car towed there due to battery and pother issues. The cost of the service was expensive but they got the job done.

$103 for oil change and dealer wanted no part about finding rattle in passenger door-they give you outrageous price to take door apart so just say forget it

Easy in and they, unlike Moyer Nissan, actually washed my car. It's so nice to get something done and get a clean, shiny car back, even if the required service hurts your wallet it makes it less painful.

Terrible service. Condescending tech who told me I did not know how to drive stick. Rude clerk at checkout. They charge 3% if you want to use credit card because they are a "small" company. Will never return to Peeformance. Would give no stars if I could.

Excellent service. Unfortunately an accident happened in the shop, front bumper cover and fog light resulted with some damage; however, they took full responsibility and the car was repaired and left in excellent condition. Repair took much longer than expected due to parts availability.
I recommend Toyota Performance to my family and friends.

I just want to have an emission inspection, because it is required by CarFax. But they provided a lot of other services, include a 4-wheel alignment. They know that my tires need to be replaced very soon! I wasted more than 300 dollars. After I give a poor review in google, they replied that they didn't service my car recently!
