Recommended rear suspension be replaced at a cost of $1,600. Had a local auto shop evaluate and determined that both rear bearings were bad. Cost $600. Obviously didn't evaluate the problem very well and would have cost me $1,000 more to repair and wouldn't have fixed the problem. Time to send the techs back for remedial training. Realize they get paid to make repairs, but unnecessary repairs is fraudulent.

This dealer always takes care of business. I had an emergency with my battery that continued to discharge and go dead. So I was able to take it in that evening after the car left me stranded, and get loaner car. They identified the problem the next day. The battery was faulty, but was still under warranty. I picked it up the car the following day. Very satisfied!

Vehicle we test drive was fine..upon checking our vehicle over they open the sunroof and couldn't get it shut...they did not make any effort to even use a lubricant.. which was all it needed.. instead they just left it for us to deal with... very disappointed in the customer service..no way to treat a potential buyer...

Why are you not updating CarFax with the correct information? You replaced the catalytic converter and it cost me near $2000 but the only thing you put in CarFax is that it was serviced and washed. What gives?

Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately, the problem isn't with W&L, it's with Carfax. They seem to have difficulty in a number of areas, including occasionally having the incorrect VIN for the customer they are sending survey requests to. In your case, the correct data was uploaded to them, but they did not enter it correctly into their system. It is frustrating and disappointing we agree and we are considering switching to Autocheck as a result of the numerous failures at Carfax regarding our data.
