They never fix the issue I have with my car to the point were they told me to do what ever I had to do because they were done with it even do I purchase the car and 3 hours later I began calling with the problem I will not recommend buying from Scamer like them

We're sorry you feel this way. Being able to pull your VIN, I've been able to see the back and forth and the things we have tried to do to remedy the issue you are having. You started hearing a noise in the vehicle when driving. We have replaced the brakes all the way around the vehicle and also a brand new engine. The noise you are hearing is just something very normal for the Rogue. Your vehicle is safe and operable with no issue. We are not scammers and we stand by our product and service. If you have any further issues, feel free to check with another Nissan dealership and see what response and feedback you get from their team. The cashier and my advisor Macy were very rude. I received a call in the morning from Macy telling me my car was ready for pick up. I went to pick my car up around 2:00. When I got there Macy had not completed the paperwork and it took her about 30-45mins to find my car key.

It was pleasant. It wasn't overbooked as some other dealer usually are for service so it was a little over an hr wait . However, it would have been better if It was a bit faster especially for a simple oil change and rotation. But the waiting was nice.

I feel like I paid more in labor then to actually fix my car. They def took advantage of me not knowing about cars also. $1070 change oil which was changed a month before by my husband, emission, inspection, and replacing 3 bulbs. ....? The bulbs were $4 round about... the labor was double the price.

Hello! I'm sorry you feel you had a poor experience. I want to layout everything I'm seeing from our end. It appears you came in for a check engine light. We gave an estimate for diagnostic and found the issue was the transmission assembly. At that point we would have received approval from you to complete the work. We would also have gone over recommendations from our technician and pricing for such repairs. You had given approval for the repairs outlined in your review. Thankfully your warranty kicked in and helped with over 80% of your bill. As for the oil change you could have denied us doing so, since it was just completed. The labor for the lightbulbs was more then the bulbs because it isn't as easy as a light in your house. Parts have to be removed and taken apart to get to the bulb. That does take time. At the end of the day, our prices are in line and you had approved all repairs and charges. We are not a dealership to take advantage of people. We are a family owned business that has been around for 30+ years. You don't get that longevity from bad service. Again I am sorry you had a poor experience and we truly hope you give a chance in the future. Hopefully there won't be as many recommended items. Horrible service, they charged me close to $700 mentioning that I need 90k mile service. They didn't do anything and charged extra for just checking sideview mirror which they couldn't repair. Think twice before going. Bunch of cheats. I would have given negative marks if possible.

Hello, my name is Keith and I'm a member of the management team here. I'm sorry you had a less than great experience here. I was shocked to see such remarks, as that is not the normal. Since leaving your review I looked into your particular situation further to see where the breakdowns were. I have spoken with the service manager and the service advisor to get their feedback. From my understanding you came in and requested the 90,000 mile service on your 2015 Murano and for us to diagnose the issue with your side mirror. We quoted the price for both those items and you gave us the green light to move forward. We found issues during the 90,000 miles service and went over them. Out of the over 10 issues we found you gave us the green light for an oil change, a drive belt replacement, and a trans service. You turned down the other items. We diagnosed the side mirror and found that it would most likely need a a new mirror switch to fix your issue. You had declined that fix as well. I just want to be transparent. You know we have great service here and put the customer experience above all else. It sounds like there may have been a miscommunication or something like that. This review caught us off guard since you have been a customer of ours for many years. If you have an issue or would like to discuss this further, please contact a member of our management team including myself at (717) 569-1333. I recently took my vehicle in to Lancaster Nissan to get my first oil change after purchasing a Rogue at the dealership. The team was wonderful and it was a great reprieve from moving all week long to sit and relax in the waiting area as they worked on my vehicle. Wonderful costumer service!

Done in a timely manner when needed a new battery & electronic checkup to be sure of no other problems besides the dead battery. Only had car since August & would have thought a new battery would be covered & almost cost me a full car monthly payment!

I'm sorry you had this experience. Unfortunately a battery is a "wear" item that isn't covered under the Nissan manufacturer or Lancaster Nissan's warranty. You may be able to get some type of reimbursement thru the company that made that particular battery though. We hope we can do better to meet your expectations next time.

Have used Nissan to service my truck since purchased new. The first year I got a stone chip on my windshield, covered by insurance, I got it fixed! Nissan failed the inspection , after 7 years of passing! (Not right!) I damaged the rear bumper, insurance paid to repair it, I have made an appointment to repair it as soon as the shop could take the car. Nissan did not approve!( Not right!)
