Could have been better. Brought up the key fob not detected issue again and got the same response from the service manager that it was in lock mode which is incorrect. When in lock mode it will not let the car start at all. Our issue is intermitten not consistent.

North Penn Imports Service is professional, yet friendly. They provide a video inspection of your vehicle along with service recommendations. There is no pressure to have these recommendations performed. Your assigned service coordinator is with you for each and every appointment and know you by name. Shuttle service and loaners are frequently available. I trust and would recommend this service department for your VW.

I had my car inspected at North Penn. I like the way they inform you about your vehicle via a video while the technician is working on your car. Considering all that I asked them to do for my vehicle, I didn't have to wait too long for it to be completed. The waiting are was comfortable with a snack machine and beverages if you wanted them while you waited too. The customer service representatives were pleasant as well.
