Service was 5 star but was quite expensive. Difficult to understand why but perhaps it has to do with the way cars are engineered.

Service was prompt and as requested. However, required a new battery and non in stock and available was a several days out. Since I was passing through town that was not an option. Also thought I would update my GPS Map, this too was not readily available.

Replaced items like the wipers and the key fob battery that did not need replaced. Offered to replace my cars battery for nearly $600(parts and labor), when a battery is $260 on Mbparts.com. Returned the car to me in "brake mode" where the calipers are retracted- I could have had a serious accident. They also returned my car with a damaged tire that was unsafe to drive on. No credits or discount applied, got charged for a rental.

They get job done but the service has been downgraded since management changes. Especially the prepaid service such as lifetime oil change has been treated as a low priority customer. I don't think they would spend much time to deal with unprofitable services. I don't think I trust them anymore.

Outstanding service managed by a superior service advisor (Rebecca). It was a "40,000 mile" B Service also needing an alignment, parking brake adjustment, engine drive belts, engine air filter, transmission service, and other miscellaneous items totaling just under $4,000.

Excellent service experience. Service advisor Bria listened and understood what services I wanted. She was efficient with good knowledge of what was required at 20000 miles. Service technicians were also efficient. They performed an oil change and brake fluid flush with total time at the dealership of 2 hrs. The dealership was accommodating with a nice waiting area with beverages, snacks and a barista to prepare hot drinks.

He fixed my back up camera and updated any outstanding service notides made sure I had a loaner because it was going to take a couple of weeks and kept me advised on the progress. He was an excellent example of all the qualities when you are looking for when you are hiring a representative for your company .
