Good service, easy to get in and comfortable waiting room. Service department tried pushing over a dozen "fixes" that cost over $3,500 - many of which I know did not need to be done, and others that were incredibly over priced ($500+ for transmission fluid change!). I'll be finding a different service center.

They didn't tell me before the appointment what needed to be done or the estimated time or cost, so I get there to a long wait, over $2000 estimate for a 60,000 mile routine service, and an extra charge because they didn't warn me ahead of time that they charge extra if I used credit.

Airbag system was checked but it is still showing that signal. When i received the car i asked a lady from the service department and she told me that sign will go away, when there will be passenger in the back seat. and the second thing is that i supposed to get a car since they kept my car more than a week, when i asked they told me that they're not sure whether i have to pay for that or not.

A written review of the safety check and the bill provided. My discount coupon accepted, payment completed and I was on my way. Efficient, though some of the suggested services were incorrect. I was told that my timing belt needed to be replaced because it was frayed. Approximately two months before this appointment my timing belt have been replaced. I took it to the service center where it was replaced to assure that everything was fine, and it was. I felt as if this were an automatic suggestion that was inappropriately investigated.

My Tundra truck has a problem with the brakes ( noise sounds from brakes every morning stop and afternoon after work). I had bring my truck back to Royal Moore Toyota dealer 5 times already but they can not fix it. The noise is still keep going? Poor service. Waist time for both, customer and dealer.

It was such an easy service. I went in and dropped off the keys and when they were done they called to let me know. There is never any issues with this service department. I have been to other dealerships in the metro area and will never be going back because of how awful their service department is.

I asked them to install a new rear wiper blade in addition to the oil change, replace the cabin air filter, new drivers side headlight and tires rotated. They instead left the bad rear wiper and put (2) new front wiper blade on even though they had just replaced then a little over 3 months ago.

I always have my 2018 RAV 4 serviced at Royal Moore. They are the experts and know what my car needs. Even though I put on very few miles each year, I take my car in every 6 months. They look at every part of the car, especially the underside, and can spot signs of wear.
