Brian morris was my service advisor, he is excellent. Took care of the appointment booking mishap right away, understood my issues. Diagnosed the car, ordered the part and put me in a loaner vehicle. Kept me updated on the progress of the car throughout my wait there. Has me rebooked already since the part came in. He will be my service advisor from now on.

Not a pleasant experience. Made an appointment for a specific thing and dealership said, after we waited an hour, that they couldn't do the work because of a lack of a part. They should have checked that the part was there before making the appointment. Disappointed.

It took 2+ hours for an oil change and tire rotation. PLUS they said I needed new shocks because they were leaking - come to find out, the fresh oil looked sprayed on. Had a local guy check all of the "safety hazards" I needed to get fixed and they were completely untrue. Go to a local shop to get your vehicle worked on and avoid Toyota Dealerships altogether - they're just in it for the quick money.

Had a non-repairable tire puncture on outer wall, quoted a price of $405.00 for one tire (out of warranty). Went to another location and got tire for $245.00. Dealer replaced water pump in October 2021 (after market, dealer could not get Toyota pump because of COVID.) Was told it is leaking, quoted $800.00. Going to shop and see if I can get that a little cheaper. The vehicle is now twelve years old.

I have had to take my Tacoma in so many times this year and spend so much money, I can't help but feel that I have been taken advantage of. I have to wonder if they are "sabotaging" my vehicle with a new problem every time I have it in to fix something. I am not the only one that feels this way after I related my experience with others. I believe I will go to another dealer that I have had better experiences with in the past.

The oil change was good. However, the service rep never came to tell me if everything was good when I checked out. I received a text to go to the desk to pay. They sent an email telling me their recommendations and another message asking for my input. It took close to an hour for an oil change and

Went in for oil change, they recommended new air filter, self checked was very clean, they recommend wheel alignment, car drives very straight, recommend new spark plugs, car drives very smooth.Dont have them perform services before self checking to see if needed.
