Service writer was fine. Had to wait three months for a loaner for warranty work because the dealer sold most of the loaner cars. Not acceptable for a luxury car line. Was charged $27 for shop supplies for simple fluid changes that was not for the fluid or oil filter as well. Too excessive. Management needs to revisit policies. Cannot recommend.

Warranty service on a faulty water temperature sensor and leaking coolant reservoir. Frustrating to have problems with a new car, but they identified the problem and got the order in for the parts. When parts arrived, I was contacted, set up service for the next day, dropped the car off in the morning, and picked it up after work. Communication is good from Bob Howard and early returns on the repair look good.

Price was decent. Getting paid out was a little pain. Sold a vehicle to them. They reached out to us when we had it on marketplace. Waited 10 days and had to stay persistent to get a check. They definitely aren't in a hurry to pay but will gladly take the vehicle. Not our first irritable encounter either them. Won't use again

I bought the car but it was missing one headrest. The sales manager (Sal) said he would contact the previous owner. I got back with Sal, and he said the previous owner was not responding to him. I had to got to work and find out who the previous owner was and their number. I got the head rest but the previous owner said the dealership did not try to contact them.

They did a great job. Fixed the issue. Gave us a nice loaner while parts were on order. Finished in a timely manner. The wifes car looked awesome and was back to normal. I would recommend this service dept to anyone. Very professional. Chris and Josh took incredible care of us. Mechanic didnt just try something and send us back out. He made sure it was done right.
