You are greeted. As you pull up you go into the entry garage so as you get out you are under cover. Who cares if it's raining. The nice thing I found out is they photo/video your caras well as the courtesy car they provided. I bring this up because when I returned my car they noticed the rim was damaged on one of my tires$800 in damages. When they reviewed the video before I left it showed the rim was damaged when I took the care outnot my responsibility. Now the service they provided was excellent. I alway bring my 4 BMW to Cleveland BMW.
