Horrible experience. Do not go Bob Boyd Lincoln for service if at all possible. They made my car undriveable - with the necessary parts for completing the repair unavailable - and did not finish the work for 1 week (vs. the promised single day) and could not provide an alternative mode of transportation for me. Very disappointing.

Service was to replace a defective tail light. Since the car needed to be in the shop for several hours I was lent a 2024 car to drive while work was being done. They also installed a part I had ordered. All of the work was completed early and the car was washed and waiting for me when I went back to Bob Boyd. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and efficient. Please pass on my thanks to the folk at Bob Boyd.

Took my MKC in due to a recall. Asked for a rental due to the potential fire under hood and having an infant along with not being able to park outside. They were able to fix it quickly since it was there and were able to add on an oil change as well. Only disappointment was my rental wasn't a Lincoln.

In this case, this service on my 2020 Nautilus was done after I traded this vehicle for a 2023 Lincoln Nautilus. I'm sure these services were needed to help sell the 2020 Lincoln as a used vehicle. That 2020 Lincoln was an excellent vehicle for me much due to the excellent service I rec'd while I had it.
