Communication is severely lacking. Only one person ended up following up w me and that was Chris Washington. Chris actually picked up the phone and reached out. I appreciated his efforts but it was too late and the vehicle sold. Even the sales manager reached out.. . Then didn't follow up with me.

I got there and the car I had made an appointment for was being test driven. Meaning that the salesperson who contacted me, Corey Young, to look at the car double booked my appointment. The salesmen was not personable and also seemed uneducated about the cars in the lot and prices. He was extremely slow at typing on the computer and ultimately made for a very long visit to look at a car that wasnt even there.

Even though I did not purchase the vehicle on Carfax, I hahave to say they treated my wife and I has if I had. Great (no pressure) salesman named Darrin was very honest and helpful. I will continue to use Carfax until I find the truck I feel is right for me.
