Everything went as they stated, car was completed at the time expected. All employees were gracious and helpful. Only thing, my service paperwork I received after payment said that cabin air filter was in good condition, but before making payment, I was told by service tech that called me earlier in the day that they recommended replacing it, so I told them to go ahead and replace it. Not sure why the paperwork said it was ok?

I had a return visit to Jeff Schmidts Mazda Service Department that was very good. They brought a loaner car to my house to help accommodate my need, since I only had one vehicle. They let me keep the car for 2 days and did a thorough diagnostic of a recurring electronic problem. Mr. Jacob White, the Service General Manager, was very professional and kind to work with.

I was told I would be charged a diagnostic fee, but since it was a failed battery only, I was NOT charged. This made me extremely happy. Also, since the battery was still under warranty, I was not charged for it either. I really appreciate this fair and honest service. Plus, I was able to get the car serviced in a convenient amount of time.

Did a good job going over my car to find any problems. Found a belt that neeeded replaced. Completeted the work in acceptable amount of time. However, disappointed that belt was not in there stock of parts.

It was great! They sent a video showing the tires off the car and how the brakes looked. They showed the cabin filter and it will need to be changed the next time the car is in for is in for an oil change.

Replaced four tires and had an alignment. The tires are quality and were not too expensive. They offer shuttle service and loaner cars. I am always treated as a valued customer. I so enjoy taking my Mazda in for service at Jeff Schmitt. The courtesy is just wonderful. I know that what I'm saying here is not helpful to people looking for answers to mechanical issues. And that I am very "under informed" about auto maintenance. But the speed with which the Schmitt shop makes the necessary replacements and adjustments persuades me that the staff knows exactly what it is doing.
