Worst experience ever. I have never been treated like that. Rude customer service. It seems like if they were working for free. It was a warranty on a new car issue and they gave me attitude. When you go to buy the car, they are so nice, but once they sold it, service is a nightmare. I would not recomend anyone to go and do business with that dealer.

The lack of communication with the staff at the service center is so terrible, that I had to contact the manager directly to get information on the status of my car. Manager promised me that he will call me back within an hour and he never did. Car was finally repaired after calling several times a day for more than a week. Do not take your car here. Find another mechanic unless is under warranty.

Be prepared to leave your car or wait several hours for an oil change, even with an appointment. I had a 30-minute wait in my car just to drop it off and then another 30-minute wait to pick it up. Even though I live in Sunnyside, I'll return to North Shore Honda.

I completed all the projects in more than 2 hours, but the price was a little more expensive, and the customer service was also very good. Even though I could not speak English, I also completed the business communication through Google Translate, which was very good. There is plenty of coffee and bread for waiting guests during the waiting period, which is also much better than in the past.

Pragon Honda service is really the worst. They got my vehicle into accident while delivering it to me, denied a loaner vehicle for 3 days, didn't pick up a phone or returned text for 2 days and finally told me it will take a week for repairs (again, no details). After 1 week, I am still waiting for my vehicle, and as usual no response from their end. I am worried, stressed about how this incident will affect my car valuation.

Overcharged, additional services required with purchases. Rep was rude in person and by text. Service took 12 hours more than expected. Promised to pay for uber both ways and then refused to pay for way back. Got a sales call while waiting for service. Only person with customer service skills was the manager. Sales associates were gawking at women customers. Only go here if you have to

I had an 8;30 am appointment for an inspection and didn't leave the location until 1:30 pm. In all that time they give me a form with my bill telling me that there is a recall and I need to bring the car into a location to get it fixed. They placed my inspection ticket 4 inches away from my registration ticket.

Mismanagement / non-functioning reservation system led to unfathomably long "wait time", customer service specialists rude / unresponsive, poor communication holistically from entire service center. My appointment wait time was 500% longer than advertised and the service was incomplete. When I asked why, not a single response. I will never return - take your car to another service center and spare yourself the headache.

It was a wonderful experience and they were very Helpful. They guided my husband and me through the whole procees for trading my old car for a better car. Its funny how we went from and oil change to a new car. It feels great that after a few day of the purchase they call to follow up on how we are doing with that car and if there are any issues they can help with. Thats a PLUS.

They are truly scammer . They rob your money if you trust them .even one not suit for them . What they say before service and after service is totally different !!!!!!! They said first my car steering rack problem broken , its cost $ 3600 after they said it not steering rack not it was brake rods problem . They cost $1400 . But they charged 6125. I purchased their spring special for $179.99 with included an oil change, tire rotation, cabin and air filter and front wiper inserts. Unfortunately I didnt get new front wiper inserts. Please inspect your vehicle to make sure everything was fulfilled before leaving.

I took my car to get serviced and they came back to tell me that I needed to pay $1700 for it to be fixed when I was still covered by my warranty.. they wouldnt fix my car but they were quick to try and sell me or upgrade me for another one. I said no thx and Ill take my car somewhere else.. sure enough I did and only payed $100 to get it fixed. I will never go back for service to Honda paragon.

My experience at Paragon Honda was excellent. My salesman was courteous, and pleasant and explained everything that was going to happen with the purchase, and went through each part of the procedure thoroughly. I thought I had to wait for a little too long to have the tracking device put on my new car, But it was a very busy day at the dealership. Overall, everyone i worked with was very accommodating and pleasant.
