I will be very honest here. First time I took my car to the service center they fixed the car and I had no issues. After some time I had another issue with my car and they fixed it within 1 day. I can say with full confidence that people who work here are top class.

I went online set up an appointment the original person did not want to service me. There was a lady on her lunch break stopped eating and helped me with a discount even dropped off my car to my place of work. If it wasnt for her u would have left a bad review she was amazing 5 stars

I selected the Sunday oil change service. Heres what size experienced: * On time opening * Quickly address why youre there * Clean/socially distanced waiting area * Available were: appropriately wrapped bagels, coffee, tea, water and ginger ale. Clean counter top too. * Provided complimentary inspection (honestly, we know what thats about - an extra service to charge you for, but it lets you know what service the vehicle needs).

The staff is very enthusiastic and attaches great importance to car safety. Many good suggestions. But it doesn't help to wash the car (other places help to wash the car). I didnt notify me in time after the maintenance of the car, which made me wait for about an hour

After they finished servicing my vehicle, I realized that an item went missing. It was not something that was of much importance but to know that it went missing tells me I can't leave personal stuff in the car. Maybe that's why they gave me a free car wash coupon. Who knows.

I had a bad experience during my recent visit , i waited for 3 hours and plus for just a simple oil change . It seems like the guy who was working with me didnt really pay attention on me , i was the last man out despite being ahead to some of the customers . I actually saw my car parked outside and propably forgot that it was already done and failed to inform me.

I usually go to this dealer for all car services and usually is good. However, this time was not as good as used to be because I waited more than 3 hours just to change engine oil and filter. Also they moved their waiting area to another place that is really bad and they used to provide some coffee and simple food while we waiting but they took off this service.

I went there for 2 recalls 1 went well Im guessing. 2nd 1 not so good. I had a very low leak in my power steering when I came out after the changed a pressure hose for the power steering my car leaks out power steering fluid like water flowing. Now I need to replace pump and rack and pinion. Im not sure if its because the hose the had the recall for or whatever but Im screwed. No power steering at all. Sad situation.

Car was prepared and cleaned spotlessly. Paperwork was completed quickly and staff were largely friendly and kind. There is a spot of rust on the vehicle that I will have to the care of in the door from that I didn't notice, but I can't expect anyone to notice everything.
