The service department was professional and dealt with the battery cable recall quickly and professionally. On the downside, within 24 hour of my service appointment I received 5 phone calls from 5 different WP Honda sales people asking to purchase my car as well as text messages, an email, and a mailing later in the week. Really turned a first rate experience into an annoyance.

White Plains Honda is the worst when it comes to service. They always seem to find stuff to be done, they are slow, not 100% honest and I am still waiting for my new key to be made. My visit there reminded me of why I had stopped going there in the first place. The ladies in the billing office were nice, some of the guys were also nice.

Used the valet service but they didn't have anyone available to bring back home my vehicle on the same day. They always find something wrong with the car just to get your money. I requested a simple oil change, not the multipoints inspection than they do regardless. Horrible customer service; never returned any of my several calls.

A 30-minute procedure took 2 1/2 hours to complete. My service rep offered no explanation, did not keep me apprised of the progress, nor explained it afterwards. He was too busy answering his phone and answering colleagues who needed direction. Terrible lack of attention to me, the customer who was sitting at his desk.

Friendly service writer, but the mechanics themselves are underwhelming. Botched recalibration of Honda Sensing camera after windshield replacement (which they also handled). And they failed to correct the issue when I brought it back to them a week later. They actually suggested I take it somewhere else! Well, from now on, I will!

I have 8,395 miles on my car and had to change my brake fluid and my cabin air filter. I've had several lease cars and never had to replace those items within the 3 years. I feel like I was taken advantage of. I will think twice before I lease another Honda.

I was there 6 hours and 15 minutes from 10:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. I had a 10:15 appointment. I understand and do realize that COVID has turned things upside down, lack of staff, etc., but 6 hours and 15 minutes is a bit much. No one checked to let me know what was happening and when I walked around to stretch my legs, I was totally ignored. That experience just reminded me why I stopped going to White Plains Honda,

Very seamless dropped the car for a recall. Service advisor called me found some issues on the multi point inspection. Explained what needed to be done agreed when car was ready I received a text notifying me it was ready. Then received a notification to pay the bill which I was able to pay right from my phone. Walked in picked up paper work and then car.

The waiting time is the same as usual which is at least 2hrs. Honda always accomplishes on getting the service I request done to my car. I like that besides getting a text message that my car service was completed, Anthony, the service agent, came to me in the waiting area in person to let me know as well! I understand the pandemic but I would have liked to have taken a test drive with a tech or if thats not current protocol at least to have spoken with one. The noise I complained about is still there and possibly worse. I was told that the dash may have to be removed and quite possibly will never be the same again. I really dont understand being told that in a dealership.

First time There Had a 8:30 Appointment for Oil/Filters change. It took me over 2 1/2 hours to get my Car back. I don't know if they're short staff it seem a bit long for An Oil change. I will give them a break cause it was my first time. Marc my service personal did a good job and text me when my car was ready, Good job .

Straight to the point, the job was done, it took a little longer than I expected since I did bring in my car as early as a little before 8:00 am, but I understand, since things are being handled a little differently now these days due to the pandemic issues.
