Lovely young woman was my service advisor. As soon as the techs had diagnosed the problems she advised me. I took a loaner and was advised by phone and text when I could return for my car. Everything was done to my satisfaction. Only one small problem - it took them 30 minutes to find my car so I could leave. As usual, the waiting area was quite crowded but clean and comfortable.

They will rip you off. Go to your mechanic! That is what I did and they told me I didn't need all of these things fixed because there was nothing was wrong with them. Maybe 2 things needed to be changed /fixed but I saved myself idk 1500 or so by just going to my mechanic.

I took us on time and checked the car out very well. I spoke to us what repairs the car needed to keep the car running correctly. They did not charge of using the credit card. Other deal ships charge more for services and repairs jobs plus use of the credit cards and they are less busy. Westbury Toyota Is very busy and win many clients than other deal ships. They try very hard at good work.

Scam. My truck was never serviced there. They told me to come in for free oil change and when I went, they said their customer service gave wrong info so they were gonna charge me for the service so I left without doing anything. Now they're saying they serviced my truck to get free money from Toyota??? Oh now I'm definitely escalating this to Toyota.

We are still getting free oil changes, so we do not know much about repairs that we might have in the future, however, there is an underlying disrespect for the customer across the board at this dealership; and we are sorry that we bought our car there.

I went there for a NYS State inspection. The inspection went fine but whenever I have service there they recommend unnecessary work. This time it was an EFI service that this youtube video says I didn't need. Go to youtube.com and put v=beuc-EUAQqc in the search bar. I was on to them and declined the service.

They wanted to charge me 1800$ for brakes. I purchased the car used in February, it has only 26,000 miles they never checked the car and every time I try to talk a manager they are on vacation. Multiple other issues with other purchases , will not go back, nor do I recommend. They dont care about the customer or service, just want to make the sale!

Michael Garcia was a Novice advisor, with little or no knowledge of Car repairs. Incompetent mechanic did not fasten the oil change bottom plate which came loose while driving.. Tires were never rotated. Several calls to customer service was not returned. Manager was not available or was on vacation.
