Did not fix the issue I brought car in for. Instead advised me I needed over $5,000 in repairs. After they did the repairs they then advised me I needed another repair which was what had brought the car in for. They also had my car almost a month. Very disappointed in the repair as the initial issue was never corrected.

I am disappointed again. My key fob was malfunctioning, and I was told I could only replace them in pairs. The cost was $536 for both of them. This is for a 10-year old car. I spoke to several people about the cost, and they all said that the Max should have been $150 for both keys. The customer service guy was talking badly about another customer. I can only imagine what he said about me once I left.

I had a very good experience at Hassett Ford compared to the other three dealership I visited, who were very indifferent to a purchase. I was treated to the utmost respect at Hassett Ford, would recommend them highly.
