"Failed inspection based on few streaks on windshield. Forced to buy new wipers. STILL have streaks! Thats with brand New wipers. Appears part of upselling just to make a few dollars. Wasted almost an hour. BTW, looked up my purchase history, the wipers were replaced just last April, 2023. Very SAD!!

Well I went in for Inspection. I had appointment at 11 a.m. It took 3 hours which isn't acceptable. At end they had wait for someone put sticker on car. It should have been done by Service Advisor instead I had wait. Lots worker standing around. Service has declined.

He took the time to explain everything to me and addressed all of my questions and concerns. It was great as usual. I was once again welcomed by Brandon. I went in for a check engine light issue. He cut to the chase. Got the right diagnostics done and found out the issue. As always did some complimentary checkups on the car and even threw in a free rear wiper. Great guy, great location, great company.

Their customer service is outsourced (when calling their business phone #). Isnt great right now, had me wound up when service Dept didnt CB right away (1.5 hr + some) which made uptight. It all worked out after speaking w/Service Mgr etc.got 20% off service bill.

Very disappointing b/c after Id left, my check engine light went on and I had to go back to Tarrytown Honda for why. I was quoted $600 for oxygen sensor replacement. The inconvenience and additional cost I did not appreciate. I took my biz elsewhere for the sensor today.
