I only found out no one was working on it when I talked to another rep while mine was out on vacation. He was the one that told me what was going on. Terrible Customer Service. The Curry Chevy Body Shop team went "above and beyond" to repair my Equinox quickly, as I only had a narrow time window for the repairs. The damage from a minor "fender bender" was minimal, but the repair required some new parts that they obtained super-fast, and some very skillful work. My Equinox looks beautiful again!

The service department was fully booked every day of the week I was seeking service, but I had an impending out-of-town trip and my oil life was down below 15%. I was also approximately due for my 30K check-up. I asked them to please at least for me in for an oil change and instead they very kindly fitted me in for the full 30K service and check-up. As always the quality of the work was excellent.

Basically, the service was excellent. The car taken as soon as I arrived and the tire rotations done. Amanda was professional and knowledgeable. One glitch since all done well ... the trunk; it was not vacuumed as I requested upon arrival. :(Of course, Amanda apologized and car went back to be vacuumed. But men who retd the car were not pleased with request...thus taking away my smile for otherwise excellent service.

I called the previous day with an error indicator on the dashboard. They took me in the next day I had to leave the car because it involved working with my extended warranty provider which went pretty well. I got a shuttle ride home and found my way back end of the day. It was a good service experience.

Totally happy with the job done , now it looks brand-new Happpy with Bernies help to accommodate around my busy schedule .The others in the service are not too friendly and helpful, I do understand for I am costumer of body shop,however at the end of the day , it us the same company .It would help a lot i if they will give support to body shop and be more friendlier.they are too uptight and dismissive
