Great service with a smile. They kept my car for a while so they paid for a driver to take me home and pick me up to bring me back which I felt was above and beyond. They called to tell me how much a part would be to replace and when I opted against the repair at this time, absolutely no pressure sale. Overall, a stellar job!

The service was excellent as usual. Most of my concerns were addressed with the exception of on imperfection which I will address at a later time. I am happy to receive my car back. Justin Ferguson was my Service Advisor was again making proper notifications.

The experience was excellent. I was able to get a loaner car on time. The Advisor Justin Ferguson was very helpful and communicated with me at the completion of the repair. I was able to return the loaner car before the end of the day and pickup my car.

MBRVC is beyond customer service. I only use them to service my car. I trust their expertise if there is a problem, Vinny Ruggiero is the service manager and I know him for many years to always help me if there are any questions or concerns with my car. It was really great! I had an issue and it needed to go back- I received top of the line customer care and service. The advisor Anthony A. was amazing, he even followed up with me re: my car, when he wasnt in the office. I really appreciated that. You don't get that kind of A+ service anywhere anymore! They come highly recommended!

met George Jimenez, the G wagon specialist , amazing, ease of appointment, the staff is extremely helpful. The Mercedes service center is beautiful, I browsed their clothing isle, looked at a few new cars , and was finished. Car was even cleaned before given back to me. I highly recommend this service center.

The service visit the other day was prompt, courteous, caring, complete, and all the issues were taken care of.
It was the best visit to date. Antoinette Gordon-Hessing took control of everything. I did not feel like I was lost in the crowd or just another number. She followed my service right to the delivery of my car. i could not ask for more.
I would recommend MBRVC for service.
