Jeff, the service manager, couldn't have been more helpful. The entire team made sure that the issue was corrected. They called dealers through the northeast looking for a part because GM was on strike. That strike really made the dealerships struggle. Through it all, Jeff communicated with me and made sure our issue remained a priority for him and his team.

Love Riverhead GMC - However Not thinking too nicely about Corporate GMC. How does GMC who knows they have a faulty lifter problem in 2020 and 2021 engines replace just half the lifters when one fails? You know the other side is going to fail soon and that leaves me with a truck I can no longer feel confident in operating.

This is the 2nd time there with a used car with a Ford warrantee both time conveniently Absolutely nothing was covered with a coolant issues, car was there 2 time in 6 weeks for same issue & riverhead ford or ford wont do anything to rectify saying well they found 2 different issues. And most of the things that are on here that they said was done were not even touched.

First of all the waiting area is less than desirable. They had cartoons on the TV for my entire wait. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and inspection and the wait was more than 2hours. I feel that Lincoln customers should have a separate waiting area as does other dealers where I had my Lincoln serviced.
