Pritchards is a very fair and knowledgeable repair shop! Compass went in hesitating going uphill but with no engine light on. They changed air filter and plugs and found an ignition coil that was bad. Thankfully not a shop that needs a code to fix a problem! Many thanks to them!

Everyone at Pritchard's is always so polite and they take time to explain what they are doing. I had a wheel bearing replaced and it was done the same day with no hassles and no waiting for parts even though it was a different bearing than I fist thought! Great place!!

Oil pressure light was going off and on. It's an easy fix but the temps outside warranted someone else to do it. Contacted the service department. They had me bring it in to replace the pressure switch. The service people were friendly as was the technician that fixed it.
