My service at the Huntington Nissan dealership was fantastic. The first person I saw was Santiago, who listened to my issues and made me feel taken care of. He was kind and told me that if I had any questions he would be there to answer anything for me the waiting area was delightful. It was clean and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to service their Nissan.

Great service, there is a computer update recall on my vehicle. The dealer attempted to update but the update that Nissan made doesn't cover my 2023 Rogue. I was the first 2023 vehicle that they did. The dealer offered me a loner vehicle but I couldn't use it. I am a little upset at Nissan that they put out a recall notice and didn't have the update. Nissan of Huntington thank you for your fine service.

Got an oil change and they didnt tighten my drain plug which in turn blew out on the highway and wound up blowing my motor. It then took them 6 weeks to replace my motor and I am out thousands of dollars. If I could give them a zero I would.

Anywho, this location did a great job, and even fixed issues that was supposedly addressed at another Nissan location. Overall good experience. Will be a return customer when the time comes.

I unfortunately picked up a metal sliver in my tire on my way home Sunday night. First thing Monday morning, I pulled the tire, put on the donut spare and went to Nissan of Huntington to have it repaired and get an oil/filter change. In a little over an hour, the work was completed. I was impressed because I did not have an appointment and they were busier than I have seen it in a while.

Came in for an NYS Inspection, Oil/Filter Change, and Tire Rotation. The service desk manager was knowledgeable and helpful. The waiting area was clean with coffee available. I was in and out of there in just about an hour, with 4 cars ahead of me so there were enough mechanics on duty at 7:30 AM to handle the initial work for the day.

Took car in for inspection, oil and filter change. Staff was friendly and courtesy. I had one issue regarding the low tire pressure symbol which stays on all the time. They said it would cost approximately $200 to fix. I asked if they could just turn it off but didn't receive a response.

I brought my 2018 Nissan Rogue in for a State inspection and oil change after calling the dealership and making an appointment. When I arrived I was told the service would take between 60 to 90 minutes to complete. The reason for my 3star review was that it took a little over 2 hours to complete. During that time I was not informed of any delay in the service.

If you show up knowing what you want, they will execute the transaction. There is an in-house DMV so you can leave with plates if you need them, sort out registration, etc. Hit-or miss when it comes to communication via e-mail or phone. Dan and Carlos were both helpful.

I took my car into HUNTINGTON NISSAN to winterize my car (rotate tires, oil change etc). They broke 4 of the studs on my wheels because of my tire locks. And in the end charged me for replacing them... If you can't trust the dealership where you bought the car from...who can a person trust..??? I wonder if an oil change was really performed on my 2018 vehicle..

Terrible sales skills, follow-up, and service. I would call back and instead of taking a message and having the person call me they said, he is not here call back and you want to sell a car? Another time they called, I went down to meet with the person who called. I asked for that person. Another person met with me and had no idea what my needs were or that I was there before.
