In the past service was excellent! My service today was good. I normally receive a message/video from the tech but nothing this time. It states that inspection was completed but my car failed due to rear tires that need to be replaced. Tires at the dealership are so expensive....I will be shopping elsewhere. Perhaps they were just very busy this time around and I showed on their customer service.
