Disappointing. The tires hadnt been dressed when I arrived. I complained, had to wait & wait for that. The weather tech mat on drivers side had not been washed with soap & water, just swept off, still looks dirty! The driver side carpet needed a shampoo which wasnt done. I was shuttled instead of given a loaner vehicle.

The problems that I had was recognized by Longley dodge customer services and I was covered by the plan I have been paying for since I purchased the van brand new during 2016 and the job went very well, and all I had to pay was the deductible of $100.00.

It took 4 hours total to have all 4 breaks and rotors to be changed. The person who changed the breaks took it out to make sure that they were working. He came back and thought there was something wrong with the transmission. Chuck in service had someone else take it out as the break guy was new. There was nothing wrong just the tires because they are aggressive tires. Friendly employees
