I was not happy, they cheated me for a year, I had tire insurance in case of damage, I drove one wheel, took it to a replacement, my insurance did not cover it and they charged me 1500$ I am angry and will never take me to them again automobile

Service advisor was great. But technicians could not fix the noise problem on the brakes. Was told that this was normal and after 15 mins of driving the squeaking loud noise would go away. I Find it odd for a Prestigious Brand vehicle to have this problem to being normal.

Its not worth the headaches that youre going to encounter by trying to save a few dollars going elsewhere, save yourself! Stick to the trained mechanics who are highly skilled in working with this luxury brand. The customer service is professional as well as they are efficient. Nice detailing of your car after servicing is complete and courtesy vehicles are provided so that you are not inconvenienced.

I took my car in and nothing was fixed at Mercedes Benz Brooklyn. I called and reach out to my service advisors, no response back. I left a message for the service manger to contact me and still havent heard anything for these people. Poor customer service.

Great experience, they performed the replacement of the rear coil springs, engine mounts and transmission mount as well. The fluid and filter in the transmission was also serviced and although the cost is a bit high, its worth the money. After all, they are certified technicians and that satisfies my safety concerns, especially when your on the road trip with the family.

They failed to clean and sanitize the vehicle after service. Was made to wait I. excess of 45 ..I used even though car was reported ready for pick up from the previous evening. Front office personnel tried to ascertain reason for delay but was stonewakked by service personnels.

They short me anti freeze. Had to buy some to get service light off. And you have to be careful the brand that auto zone has for my mercedes wrong color. This can damage your car. I know this by sticking paper in my tank to see color. This after I tried to reach them left message and got ghosted.

Worst place ever. Be very worry to get your car serviced/worked on there They charge a lot, they damage your car and then they make you pay for. In addition, they do not care at all if they put your life in danger (because of their bad repair service).
