Unfortunately the vehicle prices are well over resale value we didn't move forward with purchasing. The salesman referenced how little boss man was willing to negotiate. When showing the price of the truck was over 8k higher, we parted ways. We've definitely found better values by extending our distance of dealership during our search.

It went smoothly from check in to pick up. I asked the service writer to ask the service technician look it over for me as I had just returned from a 5,000 mile trip and it will be out of warranty by the end of the month. He let me know he was listening to my request by repeating it to me.

My last three times I have gone there, I have had problems. Being overcharged. Services I requested not being done. They even damaged the body on my truck. It's very frustrating to go to a dealership and have all these issues. They did rectify matters, but it cost me time and aggravation. I don't think I'll be going there again.

Had an appointment At 11 am to install computer chip and module for the heated seats. Advisor said it take three hours to complete the job. Received a call vehicle was finished at 2 pm. Received a call around 6 pm that evening the service tech did not program the H vac Took the vehicle next day to have the heated seats programed. Took another 45 minutes to reprogram the vehicle. 2 trips not good.

The work on the engine was done fine. The mess on the car afterwards was unacceptable. There was grease, maybe from some forearms on the left front fender, then there was a lot of rinse splash on both fenders. Could have been cleaned up easily, which is what I did when I got home.

I did have an appointment - I was immediately greeted and my Smog check was completed within an hour. The state was electronically notified that my pickup passed the emission test. Cost was reasonable - I used a Dealership because my pickup is still under warranty.
