I took my car in because the brake pedal was very spongy. It took them 2 whole days to fix it. From what I've read and heard bleeding the braking system should take a couple of hours and the cost should be around $200.00. They wanted to charge me almost $900.00. I know Audi's are more expensive then other cars but that was excessive.

They're just the best place to get your car serviced they take care of it. They put you in a nice room with televisions and drinks and food to relax or they'll get you a car to take you anywhere you want to go in town. When they're all done, they wash your car.

Josh in the service department always greet you with a smile even when he's on the phone when you arrive. I am always acknowledged when I walk through the door by somebody. This service department will always try to perfectly service your car and get it back to you in the shortest amount of time. Disappointing I paid for a diagnostic test to be done in hopes to have my car fixed. I was told the mechanic would not work on my car right away because he had other cars to do. Mind you I had a scheduled appointment then I was told he needed to hold my car for six days.

Had an issue with the airbag sensor, and needed to get it addressed. They were great, they took my input, test drove the car to find the issue, and fixed the problem, and in the process discovered a leak in the thermostat housing and were kind enough to stay later than closing to make the repair to the thermostat. Great service and techs who are willing to go above and beyond.
