I've had my car for over 7 years and still have the dealership do most of the maintenance work. I could easily have other garages work on my vehicle. But, why should I? I trust Subaru of Las Vegas to get it done correctly. If there is any issue or concern, it's taken care of.
I plan on keeping my car for a very long time and Subaru of Las Vegas is going to help me make that happen.

I arrived for my service a day before my scheduled appointment. Since I live 2 hours aways, the service department fit me in. I thank them very much for this. My only compliant is with the service writer who did not update me at all during my 2 1/2 hour wait. I had to find him to find out my car was done.

I waited in the waiting area while the car was serviced and was out of the dealership in a timely manner. Allespects of this experience were professional and well done.

The wait time wasn't bad. They originally told me 2 hours, but it was less. Waiting room is comfortable with snacks, tea, and coffee to enjoy while waiting. Communication during service was excellent. I like how they send a video of what they are doing. They noticed my battery wasn't checking out, so they replaced it for free since it was still under warranty. I love my Subaru! It's my second one.

Disappointed lately with Subaru the person that helped me Steven has not been on top of his service. They made me sign a waiver to wash my car , when I came back my car wasn't washed. So what was the whole point me signing it ? Smh!

Jan was great, as is everyone! The service was schedules to take more than a few hours, so they offered an Uber to take me home and pick me up, but I had transportation. Jan kept me informed and called when irt was time to pick up my car. All so easy.

We are always kept informed of the progress during diagnosis and work. Estimates are always either right on or the bill sometimes even comes in lower. Everyone is always kind and helpful. They provide a free Uber or Lyft if you can't stay. And the complimentary snacks and drinks are a bonus!

Subaru of Las Vegas went to the next level to help me out with a battery issue that kept dying. The issue ended up being a faulty DCM that kept draining the battery and Tony in service along with his manager went above and beyond to take care of me and make sure that I was satisfied. Service was fine and as expected. Just an oil change and tire rotation, completed in 1 hour and 15 minutes. The Subaru website is another story. My outback turned 3 years old and I attempted to renew my Starlink and map updates on the website. The Starlink page never did accept my information so was not able to renew,. The map update page took 10 attempts before it accepted my information. Very poor website for a company like Subaru.

Subaru of Las Vegas has an immaculate facility with lots of customer perks while waiting for their vehicle. The only criticism I have is that the part that was needed for my vehicle was not available in their inventory requiring a two day turnaround. They did provide me with transportation back to my hotel and for the return trip when the vehicle was ready.

My experience at Subaru is always consistent. Coti the manager is always there to make sure I am well taken care of, and my Subaru gets everything it's supposed to. My mechanic Vinny meets with me to hear if I have any concerns that have to be checked. While I wait, I am comfortable and even have snacks to much on. Servicing my Subaru is actually like a pleasant day out. It's part of why I always purchase a Subaru.

Subaru knows their eyesight technology is inherently flawed. Took my Legacy in 5 times, keeping multiple days, then telling us they don't know what's wrong. 2 major class action suits for Sam issues I have. Won't be truthful or offer up anything.
