This might have been my worst experience with friendly Ford. The wait was BADD. Around four hours this time. My whole messed up by the delay. I also waited for like 15 minutes for someone to help me retrieve my vehicle. The service was great. It met my expectations.

Extremely disappointed they sell you a car with their warranty and they dont honor it. You try to fix some issues that your vehicle has that clearly the warranty covers and they even lied to you saying that car doesnt have a warranty extremely bad customer service I dont recommend this dealer.

Set up a appt with the sales assoc. Arrived within the time and she decided to go home. Couldn't locate truck. Once located in the bay was terrible. Not wjat we expected. Two days later recei Ed a call and didn't pass inspection. Very poor customer service.
