came in to fix my check engine light. they found that my compression in number 3 cylinder was at 11%. Their solution... replace entire engine. If its that bad why does the car run fine. Gas mileage remains excellent. They just need more money because no one wants their electric toys.

Certain items should have been checked. If I was not outside watching the mechanic servicing my Mustang, it would not been done correctly. Like inspecting my brakes, filters etc. @nd time I took my Mustang and had to speak up about items not being done. Do not have trust for Country Ford in Henderson NV. I would rather drive back to Orange CA for the 3.5 hr drive and go to Villa Ford of Orange.

Ford Country is the only place I would have service my vehicle. Service is always top notch from the Concierge driver, Giancarlo, who picks up my vehicle to the technicians who work on the vehicle to the Service Advisor who arranges the service and keeps me informed of any problems that arise. I highly recommend Ford Country for all your automotive needs!

Svc advisers Jose and Fernando were very helpful. Took car in for soft brake pedal.1 week later, determined a new $1000 module needed for a total bill of just under $2400! Brake pedal still soft, ret'd car to dealership and they bled the brakes lines again. Brake pedal seems better. Was $2400 rpr necessary???

The service was excellent!! Sarah Brandenberg handled our car check-in and went over the process with us thoroughly. When the issue was found with the vehicle, she called us and explained the problem and gave us the quote to repair it. When the car was ready, she called us and we picked up the vehicle. She went over the repairs completed in detail and explained the costs involved with the parts and labor.

They rotated tires but did not inflate to spec. Two tires under inflated gave me a tire monitor warning before I got my truck home. I stopped at Discount Tire to have checked and properly inflated. Other two tires overinflated. They forgo to reset Oil Change due reminder. When some primary things are not accomplished, what is your confidence that everything else was inspected properly?

The service (oil change, tire rotation) was fine, the unsatisfactory part was being notified that the car has a transmission leak - FOR THE THIRD TIME ON A 2020 MODEL CAR, which was purchased in May 2020. Then I'm informed that they can't get it in for repair until March 21. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE, but we are at your mercy. I plan to pursue a NEW transmission!

I'm pretty sure I got ripped off for the tire rotation. I still have a leak on the tire I asked them to check (they even charged me for parts)and for a 4x4 they should have done an X rotation, except they just went straight front to back which is very lazy.

Well took my truck in because it sounded like a Diesel engine. Cam phasers major overhaul. My extended warranty covered cost. When I got my truck drove home next morning check engine light comes on. Never came before. Took back 5 times. Every time drive home light comes back on. On my 5 time they told me it will be $1700 for repairs and they no longer take my extended warranty.

I like Ford Country! My S.A. Jose Valdavia is the best.. My visits have been superior. He is straight forward and explains repair work and gives me the truth on when my repair work will be finished. My last repair took 4 weeks. (YES 4 WEEKS) Jose explained that this would be a process. He kept in touch with updates and got me thru it. The rest of the department were friendly and took care of getting me out quickly.

I took my car in for an issue. They said it was related to a recall. Scheduled an appointment, they kept my car overnight and then called to tell me they didn't have the part to complete the recall. I knew the parts weren't available based on the recall alerts I have received but how come the service department didn't know it. Also, it took 20 minutes for them to bring my car around when I went to pick it up.

They have replaced the clutch twice and modulator once in the past 7 months. The car does not drive correctly. The shifting is rough and at higher speeds the shifting is delayed. They "tested" it and said it was fine but when I have taken it to sell I am being offered 1/2 because of the transmission issues.

I always get great service at Country Ford. I was told exactly what they were doing with the timeframe may be to come back and pick up my truck. And it happened just as they said it would. On a different note, I would like to put in. I feel that Ford company is such a wonderfully big company that their navigation should compare to Waze and Google, and should also be free for Ford owners.

Have had my 2012 Ford Escape serviced at Ford Country since I purchased it from them in 2013. Never disappointed with the quality of the work or the personnel working there. You might find lower pricing somewhere else, but the quality of the work is worth the money! Definitely recommend them.

Easy to bring in and set up service request. All done quickly. Actually left and came back when notified service finished in couple hours. Took about 20 minutes for car to be brought up, but o.k. as conversed with others waiting. Only small drawback , need oil change notification light still on, but easy fix. All good experience.
