Terrific Experience overall. I've tried 4 Ford Service Departments with this car, so far, this is the only one that listened and completed all things I requested. Most notably the Rear Camera Backup Recall. The other 3 kept saying Ford said not to do it. Although Ford was telling me to get it done. LOL, they took the extra time to determine the real status. Friendly, and communicative.

This was a follow up to a prior service visit. The associate was friendly attentive and listened to my concerns. I felt heard and that Rich Ford cared about my safety and the cars road worthiness. My car was tested and deemed safe to drive without harm to me or the vehicle. There was no charge for their services.

Went for an oil change and sat there for 2.5 hours. Finally asked how much longer it would be. I was told to sit down and someone would come talk to me. I was told that they had no one to change my oil. That would have been OK with me but why was I not told they just let me sit there. If I wouldn't have asked I don't know how much longer I would have sat there.

Following week my car didn't start, didn't have my car for 1 week causing me to miss 1 week of work at 2 jobs and classes and still have issues with electrical. Spent $400 to find my issue after 0 of my 5 calls were not returned.

This dealership really needs better management. The amount of issues I've had with my truck and the length of time they've kept it, as well as simple things like making sure the skid plates are on before returning to me are of extreme importance. I am not confident in their service department.

The actual service is good. But, Rich Fords's communication is terrible. You can not contact them by phone! They do not return Service related phone calls. The only way I go to the Service Dept was to call the Parts Dept. and have them connect me. It is not woth the effort to do busness with them

Spent $4000 on a fix that required the transmission to be dropped. They said the work would be warranted for 2 years. The transmission was leaking the day I brought it home. They refused to fix it saying it was a coincidence that an old seal failed. The truck never had a leak in 25 years. I will never spend another dollar at Rich Ford.

On my service papers all boxes we're mark off w/ a check mark that all fluids were filled to full and Coolant, Washer Fluid, brake fluid we're not fill! Very Disappointed in my services! My suggestion is to double-check your fluids before you leave the service department. I regret not checking it there.
