excellent dearlership. I own a vehicle for business which i need everyday and the dearler makes sure to service the van quickly. Friendly atmosphere. The bills are bit pricey but worth the money. Only wish that they would give me a loner car when the van needs to be in the shop for mulitple days. I recommend.

The experience was outstanding. Bryan and Alan were the service advisors at my last couple of visits. They were very thorough in explaining the process, timing etc. The repairs were done professionally and clean. I strongly recommend this Dealership for all Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge and Ram owners!

I would NEVER go near this dealership or repair dept. again! They are nothing but trouble. They pulled my vehicle around to return it to me and there was a pile of parts in the back of the car. They hadn't even put it back together after failing to make the repair.

Overall my experience was good. I was greeted by every employee I was in contact with. The best part was getting my Jeep back quicker than I expected. Normally it takes over 3 hours to get an oil change at other dealerships. At Paramus, I was getting a few things done and they were still done before 2 hours. I will definitely be returning.

Dealer called me at 9am 9/11/2023 and said car is available. It's in the lot for you to see. I asked the saleswoman on the phone are you sure and she said absolutely. We came at 10am. The car was not in the lot. The salesman admitted that the car was sent to auction and was not in the lot. He tried to convince us to buy a jeep. We just left . Lied to us and shady characters...
